Overview
Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an email confirmation with a dedicated account number and email to which you'll email any and all inquiries to from then on. Every month, you'll receive your Conxulting.com Report with all your questions and current and pending answers, Sessions and evaluations remaining, and average response time.
Monthly Fee: All plans are a minimum 2-year commitment. Fees are automatically charged to your credit card monthly for 24 months. No application fees, start-up
fees, or any other hidden fees. Your 1st month is free, but you have the option to cancel within 5 calendar days; after 5 days, you will only be able to terminate your membership for a $150 termination fee. Conxulting.com does not offer refunds. Memberships are sold to individuals, not companies. Terms are subject to change at any time. Sessions: A Session is a great way to get the most out of your Conxulting.com membership. A typical Session will include a candid discussion (up to 75 minutes via phone, instant messenger, webcam, or face-to-face) on industry-specific strategy, operations, finances, and marketing relevant to you. Group meetings are not included. Up to 5 unused Sessions can be saved and "rolled-over" for use another time (based on availability of Conxulting.com consultants). Additional Sessions beyond the number allotted to your membership plan are available at the member rate of $100/session. (Non-members pay standard $200 hourly rate for every session.)
Response Time: Standard response time ranges between 60 and 72 hours. Members are guaranteed faster response times when getting an answer ASAP is absolutely critical.
Evaluations: Evaluations are one of your most powerful tools. Consider it a business check-up where you'll get a customized "report card" based on information you provide us with. An evaluation will be based on your overall "health" or status relative to your industry market and will typically be conducted by 1 or more Conxulting.com consultant(s) at your request. An Evaluation is a methodical analyses of a member's specific business model, sales model, marketing concept, or website (limit 1 specific area of your business per evaluation).
Affiliated Services: Are affiliate partner companies that deliver the critical advice and services your business needs
to thrive. Discounts are negotiated by Conxulting.com for their members and are subject to change at the discretion of affiliate company.
